Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our printing. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.

2. Cancellation Before Printing

  • You can request cancellation before the order enters the printing stage
  • To cancel, contact us via email (support@bizbee.ae) or WhatsApp
  • Approved refunds are targeted for processing within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider timing and final refund operations approval

3. Cancellation During or After Printing

  • Once printing has started, cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • If printing is already complete, we cannot offer a cancellation refund
  • Contact us as soon as possible for the best chance of cancellation

4. Quality Issues

If your order has quality issues, we will:

  • Reprint and redeliver at no additional cost, or
  • Issue an approved refund where appropriate

Quality issues include:

  • Misprints or printing errors (wrong content, cut-off text)
  • Poor print quality (smudging, fading, streaks)
  • Wrong paper size or color mode
  • Missing pages
  • Damaged during delivery

Please report quality issues within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the issue. Email: support@bizbee.ae

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders cancelled after printing is complete (unless quality issue)
  • Issues caused by the uploaded file itself (low resolution, formatting errors)
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect address information
  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@bizbee.ae with your order number
  2. Describe the issue and attach photos if applicable
  3. We will respond within 24 hours
  4. Approved refunds are targeted for processing within 3 to 5 business days, subject to payment-provider timing and final refund operations approval

7. Delivery Issues

If your order was not delivered or delivered to the wrong address due to our error, we will review the case for an approved refund, complimentary reprint, redelivery or another appropriate remedy.
